• Implemented fully automatic cycles on gas carburising furnaces

• Integrated new ESPP(SSI) controllers with carburising furnaces.

• Integrated vacuum furnaces into production: 

  • made use of pyrometry to reject parts, interrupt the cycle and raise the alarm

• Automated operation and data logging on belt driven tempering ovens

• Retrofitted controls on inductive heat treatment machines (InductoHeat)

  • replaced old and failing InterBUS IO network with ControlNet on SLC500 

• Acquired needed knowledge on heat treatment process and other industry related equipment (Flame Control, Oxygen sensors, elements of safety and quality control

• Reconfigured Microsa centerless grinder and integrated new accessories and attachments into 840d pl controls to fit new propuction demands

  • Fitted Profibus/ProfiNet network enabled machines with hard wired interfaces to fit with specific robot loader/robot cell interface

  • Reanimated discontinues componets of the electronic gearbox** to prolong the life of rz150s

  • Integrated and modified different oil filtration units

• Integrated CO2 laser into 840d pl controlled welding stations + Robot loaders

• Fitted machines with various means of process quality control, operator safety and machine safety solutions

• Troubleshooted existing software and hardware

• Developed software able to translate Step7 programs (Symbols and comments) into English (any languages to/from supported by translator web service such as Google or Microsoft Translate)

• Used VBA Scripting to develop unique HMI based application

• Programmed machine operations on NC and PLC side which includes data exchange of user variables (GUD), asynchronous data transfere and Safety Signals on PowerLine and SolutionLine systems

• Serviced and inegrated many external devices used to improve machining processes such as: External Electronic Gearboxes, RFIDs, Balancing systems.
